V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Continued Discussion to Approve the Revised Nationwide Administrative Agreement (ASA) with the Nationwide Fixed Account Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) blended rate with conversion of the two older buckets of fixed monies into the new blended bucket as of January 1st, 2023 or as soon as administratively feasible after the start of the new year; plus a 2-year Contract Extension for administrative and recordkeeping services.
