A. Introduce new Deferred Compensation Committee Member Brian Anguiz.
B. Review, Discuss and Possibly Approve the Revised Nationwide Administrative Agreement (ASA) with the new Nationwide Fixed Account Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) blended rate with conversion of the two older buckets of fixed monies into this new blended bucket as of January 1st, 2023 or as soon as administratively feasible after the start of the new year; plus a 2-year Contract Extension for administrative and recordkeeping services.
